Account details you type in yourself: display name, email address, and an optional phone number if you list one for meetup coordination. Post text, uploaded images of drawings or prints, replies, and private messages sent through the forum. Technical data your browser sends automatically, such as device type, browser version, approximate region and the pages you opened.
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your thread preferences. Analytics events tell us which boards get read and where people drop off, so we can fix navigation. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; signing in and posting will not work without the session cookie.
To run the forum, moderate critique threads, prevent spam accounts, and reply when you contact us. We do not sell member data. Information may be processed by hosting, email delivery and analytics providers acting on our instructions, and retained only as long as your account is active or as required for legal records.
You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, request deletion of your account and posts, or withdraw consent for analytics at any time. Members in the EU and California have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA, including portability and the right to object to processing. Write to us and we will respond within a reasonable period.
We do not publish fake endorsements, invented member counts, or guarantees about exhibition outcomes, sales or skill improvement. Nothing on this site implies official affiliation with any gallery, institution or brand unless we state it plainly. If something here reads as misleading, tell us and we will correct it.
